Westbridge Capital Acquires Delta Marine Service, Supporting Next Phase of Growth
May 14, 2025 – Westbridge Capital announced the acquisition of Delta Marine Service, a premier yacht repair and maintenance service provider based in Sidney, British Columbia. The transaction reinforces Westbridge Capital’s commitment to investing in high-quality, founder-led businesses with strong regional market positions and growth potential.
Founded in 1977, Delta Marine Service (“Delta”) operates out of a prime location at Westport Marina in Tsehum Harbour. The company has earned a trusted reputation for its expert technical capabilities, full-service haul-out facilities, and strong client relationships across the Pacific Northwest. Delta’s services include mechanical systems, welding and fabrication, fiberglass and gelcoat work, and major refit projects, serving both recreational and commercial vessels.
