Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust Completes Third Offering of Units and Qualifies for Mutual Fund Trust Status

Westbridge Capital Ltd. ("Westbridge”) the Manager of Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust (the "Fund") is pleased to announce the completion of its third offering of units.

Proceeds from the offering were used to advance loans to the Fund’s borrowers, increasing the Fund’s pool of high yield debt. Over time the Fund intends to build a large, broadly diversified pool of high yield debt thereby providing a large, stable stream of income to distribute to investors. The Fund plans to conclude its fourth offering of units on or before June 29, 2018 to fund loans that the Manager has already identified.

The Fund has now exceeded 150 subscribers, officially qualifying it as a Mutual Fund Trust. The Fund is now able to accept subscriptions from registered accounts in Canada, which include RRSP, RRIF, RESP and TFSA contributions and transfers.

The Fund is offered to investors pursuant to an Offering Memorandum. Interested investors should review the Offering Memorandum carefully prior to making an investment decision. Please contact Westbridge or your investment adviser to get a copy of the Offering Memorandum.
