Westbridge Capital Ltd. (Westbridge), a private equity management company, announced today that it has acquired the business of Toepoke Software Inc, owner of VoIP Spear, which provides monitoring and alerting services for customers experiencing issues with voice quality on VoIP phone calls.

Toepoke Software Inc (Toepoke) is the owner of VoIP Spear, an online service that provides monitoring and alerting services for customers experiencing issues with voice quality on VoIP phone calls. VoIP Spear operates 24x7x365 and serves customers across the globe.
VoIP Spear is implemented using Toepoke's proprietary software which is installed on servers across the globe. Customers are provided real-time visibility to the voice quality issues they are experiencing. VoIP service providers can use this information to assist their troubleshooting and support processes.

Financing for the acquisition was arranged by Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust, a mezzanine debt fund managed by Westbridge Capital Ltd.
