Astra Service Partners Acquires Industrial Refrigeration Specialist, Berg Industrial Service, From Westbridge Capital
Nov 14, 2025 - Westbridge Capital has sold Berg Industrial Service (“Berg”), a major industrial refrigeration solutions firm serving facilities across Canada, to Astra Service Partners (“Astra”), a network of leading commercial and industrial mechanical service providers.
Following the sale, Berg will become part of Astra’s North American network of premium mechanical service providers, gaining access to systems in safety, training, technology, procurement, and data capabilities, as well as a collaborative peer community focused on driving operational excellence.
