Westbridge Capital Adds Key Employees to Team

Westbridge Capital Ltd. (Westbridge) announces two additions to its staff: Katrina Wagner joins as Senior Legal Counsel and Director of Compliance, and Mike Hubbard as Manager of Accounting and Finance.

Katrina Wagner, Senior Legal Counsel and Director of Compliance
Katrina joins Westbridge after having spent more than 8 years at one of Saskatchewan's leading law firms where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, debt and security offerings, asset and share purchases, as well as corporate governance matters. In addition to her extensive background in M&A, Katrina has experience working with companies of various sizes and at every stage in the business cycle from startup to dissolution.

Mike Hubbard, Manager of Accounting and Finance
Mike is responsible for planning and executing audit procedures on acquisitions along with integration activities. In addition, he provides support for Westbridge’s accounting and treasury functions. Prior to joining Westbridge, Mike spent 6 years in KPMG’s audit practice gaining experience in assurance, financial reporting, and tax. During this time, Mike worked with public and private companies of all sizes and across a range of industries including mining, insurance, retail, and real estate.
