Westbridge Capital Adds Two New Senior Executives
Westbridge Capital Ltd. (Westbridge) announced today the appointment of two new senior executives: Stuart Schwartz as Managing Director, and Brad Paquin as Director of Finance and Taxation.
Stuart Schwartz, Managing Director
Mr. Schwartz’s role includes the identification, negotiation, financing, acquisition and ongoing monitoring of specified companies in the Westbridge portfolio. He will also be involved in the formal establishment of Private Client and Private Wealth Fund activities in the United States. During his three decades in the financial industry he has worked as a senior and mezzanine lender, an investment banker and private equity investor. He has worked for Sanwa Bank, Newcourt Capital, CIT Group and Imperial Group. In addition, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of American Titanium Works, LLC. Stuart has sat on the board of multiple private companies.

Brad Paquin, Director of Finance and Taxation
Mr. Paquin will be responsible for tax compliance and planning across the Westbridge group of companies while also providing support for accounting and audit compliance, fund administration, and acquisition planning and analysis. He brings over 13 years of public practice experience with PwC and KPMG. He began his career in the audit space focusing on Canadian and US public companies primarily in the technology sector. Over the last 8 years, Mr. Paquin has specialized in corporate tax, focused on acquisitions and divestitures, succession planning, and international structuring and planning. He has worked with clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, hospitality, retail, real estate, automotive and private equity.
