Established in 1938 by Joseph Denham, Denham Awning Makers is a third-generation family business with an 88-year history in Saskatoon.  The company custom-manufactures an extensive selection of fabric products, specializing in commercial awnings, residential shades, and model-specific boat covers.

In June 2026, it was acquired by Westbridge’s Canadian Tarpaulin Manufacturers Ltd. (CTM), a leading provider in the protective coverings industry.
